No one is ever in the office. Management staff changes every 3 months and each new manager has a new set of rules. If you're in a subsidized unit, be prepared to have your privacy invaded constantly. You have to submit a few repair requests before they respond and not everything gets fixed. Everything is of cheap quality, from fixtures to appliances. They'll blame normal wear and tear on the tennants and refuse to replace anything. If you've lived in a unit for 5 years or longer, don't expect them to repaint the walls or replace carpet like other places do. They don't properly clean the garbage chute. It's so disgusting that no one wants to touch the door. Good luck having visitors or inviting anyone to your apartment for dinner because there's nowhere for them to park. There is 8 or 9 visitor parking spots for 226 units and they are always taken and the street parking is always full.
