We have been living here for almost 2 years now. We are truly grateful for the maintenance team here AFA. We were recently having a number of issues with our appliances and TY did a great job fixing everything. He is always ready to help us and explain things like why I was smelling gas from the oven. He is always in great spirit and happy to fix anything for us. We are always happy that TY is part of the staff because his services and work are top notch. Thank you Ty!

This is my thirteenth year as a tenant, and not once have I felt unsafe or unhappy living here. The location is walking distances from downtown, and the restaurant across the street sells good burritos. Throughout the years, there have been some changes with the staff, but overall, that hasnt affected the way they treat their tenants. I'll end with this; I've had the privilege of meeting different staff members, all nice. But if I had to pick one based on performance, it would have to be Ty. This guy makes living here that much better. He always shows up, smiling, has something positive to say, and he makes sure your questions are answered before he leaves. In my opinion, you can see that he cares about the tenants and means it. We're not family, yet he treats you like his brother. Ty, if you're reading this, thank you for everything you do. It hasn't gone unnoticed. Many people appreciate you uncluding me.

Me and my family have been residing here for several years. And if there's one thing I can acknowledge about this complex is the hard work Ty Stanford put's out on a daily for this community. With the ever-so-changing staff, he is practically a one man team handling the entire complex's needs. Maintaining a clean environment isn't an easy task especially here, but he does it and we appreciate him! Thank you Ty!

This apartment complex has been super amazing to live in! Tonya is by far the greatest manager I have met, she's efficient and very helpful. She makes a point to be sure that all residents have what they need. Ty is the maintence man and he is always available to fix whatever is broken, he takes his time and doesn't rush and he also keeps the apartments nice and clean. Every morning before I head out for work I can smell how good they cleaned the hallways and garage. Both Tonya & Ty are very sweet, considerate people and I would highly recommend this place. If I did not have to move out of town to help my family I would be here forever! I'll miss them dearly, thank you Tonya & Ty & all the staff at Almaden Family Apartments, you guys have been nothing but great and helpful.

My family and I have lived here at Almaden Family Apartments for 15 years! Have seen lots of changes and managers come and go. But, I feel that the maintenance isn't given enough recognition and appreciation. They carry the burden to get things fixed and done, in a timely manner. Thus far a duo team of Allen and Ty are my SUPER HEROES! With Ty taking care of these apartments. I hope and pray, that he's compensated his worth. Hard competent workers are hard to find. My family would like thank you for ALL you do.

I have lived here for almost two years. I write this review for the new management who came a year ago. During the pandemic, our property manager (Tonya) helped me and many residents to find help and assistance for their needs. She is always up to date with the news, rules, and regulations. I recently recertificated my lease, and it was a superb experience and smooth process since Tonya gathered all the paperwork for me. She is good at what she is doing and trying to help our community with a better strategy. God bless her.

We’ve lived here for over 10 years. Our A/C in the bedroom just stopped working. The maintenance supervisor, Ty, ordered a brand new A/C unit for us. I was in the garage yesterday and Ty came up to me with great news. He said the new A/C arrived and he’d be installing it the next morning. I asked him if he could tell me about what time. He said between 10 and 11. So today, just a few minutes past 10, he and the other maintenance guy, Allen, knocked on my door. Long story short, we’ve got a brand new air conditioner in the bedroom and we couldn’t be happier with the prompt and friendly service.
