Tonya the manager is amazing struggling with rent due to covid is hard not only did she give me the resources that I needed she was quick to respond to my emails in a time like this we need all the help we can get thank u Tonya for all your help n thanks for making Almaden apt better

I have lived here for almost two years. I write this review for the new management who came a year ago. During the pandemic, our property manager (Tonya) helped me and many residents to find help and assistance for their needs. She is always up to date with the news, rules, and regulations. I recently recertificated my lease, and it was a superb experience and smooth process since Tonya gathered all the paperwork for me. She is good at what she is doing and trying to help our community with a better strategy. God bless her.

I live in this apt for 4 years.Now we have new maintenance guy-ty -he is polite and willing to do almost anything.I realy appreciate his work . He is totaly different. Thank you ty.

Weâve lived here for over 10 years. Our A/C in the bedroom just stopped working. The maintenance supervisor, Ty, ordered a brand new A/C unit for us. I was in the garage yesterday and Ty came up to me with great news. He said the new A/C arrived and heâd be installing it the next morning. I asked him if he could tell me about what time. He said between 10 and 11. So today, just a few minutes past 10, he and the other maintenance guy, Allen, knocked on my door. Long story short, weâve got a brand new air conditioner in the bedroom and we couldnât be happier with the prompt and friendly service.
