My apartment touring experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite rescheduling the appointment three times, there has been absolutely no assistance or guidance provided during the apartment tour. The lack of communication is appalling; it's as if my inquiries and concerns are falling on deaf ears. The leasing team's indifference is particularly frustrating. Even when I arrive on time, there's a complete disregard for my presence. The entry point experience has been nothing short of a disaster. If the initial encounter is this dreadful, I shudder to think about the potential horrors of signing a new lease here. Overall, the combination of constant rescheduling, poor communication, and the leasing team's lack of responsiveness has made this apartment touring experience the worst I've ever encountered.

I would just like to know when management plans on actually doing something about this elevator that has been broken for almost a week. There are people who live in this building who are physically disabled, and cannot leave their house because of this. Imagine not being able to leave your own house ? These tenants cannot go to doctor's appointments, go grocery shopping, NOTHING. Because they are not directly impacted or have someone they know and care about affected by this, they don't care. Absolutely no communication has been given to the residents. Just everyday these poor tenants waking up in hopes that the elevator is fixed just to be disappointed each time. Maybe start hiring people in your office who actually know how to do their job, this is unacceptable and inhumane. I am absolutely disgusted.

I was visiting yesterday and got told to leave because I had a dog.i have paperwork for my dog and will pursue a compliant. A guy with a big scruffy beard came in yelling at people in pool then turned to be and was being rude about my service animal. This will not be tolerated! We were enjoying our time and he came in yelling and screaming at all tenants for no reason at all

Me and my family have been residing here for several years. And if there's one thing I can acknowledge about this complex is the hard work Ty Stanford put's out on a daily for this community. With the ever-so-changing staff, he is practically a one man team handling the entire complex's needs. Maintaining a clean environment isn't an easy task especially here, but he does it and we appreciate him! Thank you Ty!

Management is so bad and rude. There’s a lot break in cars. The hallways and parking garage is so dirty and yes urine and garbage everywhere. I wish the city would come and see and they would do something about it. And also the residents wouldn’t be so dirty.

This apartment complex has been super amazing to live in! Tonya is by far the greatest manager I have met, she's efficient and very helpful. She makes a point to be sure that all residents have what they need. Ty is the maintence man and he is always available to fix whatever is broken, he takes his time and doesn't rush and he also keeps the apartments nice and clean. Every morning before I head out for work I can smell how good they cleaned the hallways and garage. Both Tonya & Ty are very sweet, considerate people and I would highly recommend this place. If I did not have to move out of town to help my family I would be here forever! I'll miss them dearly, thank you Tonya & Ty & all the staff at Almaden Family Apartments, you guys have been nothing but great and helpful.

The new management is not good at all, they never have time to talk people who have questions they always say" we busy now". They never respond emails. The parking is a mess, urine everywhere and stinks. The hallway pfff it looks cattles have been there.
