This apartment complex has been super amazing to live in! Tonya is by far the greatest manager I have met, she's efficient and very helpful. She makes a point to be sure that all residents have what they need. Ty is the maintence man and he is always available to fix whatever is broken, he takes his time and doesn't rush and he also keeps the apartments nice and clean. Every morning before I head out for work I can smell how good they cleaned the hallways and garage. Both Tonya & Ty are very sweet, considerate people and I would highly recommend this place. If I did not have to move out of town to help my family I would be here forever! I'll miss them dearly, thank you Tonya & Ty & all the staff at Almaden Family Apartments, you guys have been nothing but great and helpful.

My family and I have lived here at Almaden Family Apartments for 15 years! Have seen lots of changes and managers come and go. But, I feel that the maintenance isn't given enough recognition and appreciation. They carry the burden to get things fixed and done, in a timely manner. Thus far a duo team of Allen and Ty are my SUPER HEROES! With Ty taking care of these apartments. I hope and pray, that he's compensated his worth. Hard competent workers are hard to find. My family would like thank you for ALL you do.

The manger here is so helpful I can’t appreciate her enough, her name is taniy graham, during the process she was on the top of everything, I am glad to see someone who cares that much in this community!

I went in to do my yearly recertification and TANYA the Manager was very professional and was explaining every piece of document to me of what i was signing and she answered all of my questions thank you so much TANYA for all of your help it was greatly appreciated ur awesome.

Tonya the manager is amazing struggling with rent due to covid is hard not only did she give me the resources that I needed she was quick to respond to my emails in a time like this we need all the help we can get thank u Tonya for all your help n thanks for making Almaden apt better

I have lived here for almost two years. I write this review for the new management who came a year ago. During the pandemic, our property manager (Tonya) helped me and many residents to find help and assistance for their needs. She is always up to date with the news, rules, and regulations. I recently recertificated my lease, and it was a superb experience and smooth process since Tonya gathered all the paperwork for me. She is good at what she is doing and trying to help our community with a better strategy. God bless her.
